Can I return a painting if I change my mind?

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your artwork within 30 days of receiving it. The painting must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your painting is damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or a refund.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

Are custom commissions refundable?

Due to the personalized nature of commissions, they are non-refundable. However, I will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the final piece.

How can I purchase a painting?

You can purchase available paintings directly through our online store. Simply select the artwork you love, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes! I create custom paintings based on your vision, whether it’s a portrait, a landscape, or a wall painting. How long does it take to complete a custom order?

The completion time for a custom order is always individual and depends on the size, complexity, and chosen medium. Some artworks may take longer due to intricate details or specific techniques. If you have a deadline in mind, feel free to discuss it with me, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

  • Europe: 7-11 business days

How long does shipping take?

Each painting is carefully wrapped with protective materials and shipped in a sturdy package to ensure it arrives safely. You can choose how you'd like to receive the artwork:

  • Stretched on a wooden frame (ready to hang)

  • Framed (for an elegant, finished look)

  • Rolled and shipped in a secure tube (a great option for international shipping, allowing you to re-stretch or frame it as you prefer)

How is the artwork packaged for shipping?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Will I receive a tracking number?

What materials do you use in your paintings?

I work with high-quality materials, including oil paints, acrylics, pastels, and ink on canvas and paper. My paintings are created to last a lifetime.

Some artworks come framed, while others are sold as canvas-only. Each product description specifies whether a frame is included.

Do paintings come framed?

I plan to offer prints more widely in the future, but for now, you can purchase my prints through Saatchi Art. Additionally, if you would like a custom print in a specific size or format, feel free to contact me directly, and I will create one tailored to your request.
